Perfect for nibbling on, with a cold beer or a glass of wine. Can be served alongside olives as an aperiti. Warm, sweet, smokey and spicy.
Ingredients
1 Cup of almonds
1/2 tsp Ras el hanout
1/2 tsp Brown sugar
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
1/4 tsp Red chilli flakes or fresh chilli, diced
1/8 tsp Sea salt
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Method
In a mixing bowl combine the almonds, spices and olive oil and mix well until all the almonds are coated.
Bake on parchment paper in a preheated oven at 200c for 10 mins.
Allow to cool slightly and serve alongside your favourite nibbles, olives, breads, and a a glass of vino.
