Put away that takeaway menu and rustle up some of these tasty kebabs!
1 onion chopped 3 garlic cloves, crushed or chopped fine 1 red pepper
1 green pepper Handful of mushrooms Vivera Plant Shawarma Kebab Pieces 1 tin of kidney beans 1 Tsp smoked paprika 1 Tsp cumin Small handful of fresh coriander finely chopped
Sauté the onion, garlic and mushrooms until soft. Add the sliced peppers and spice mix and add a tin of kidney beans. Add a little water and cook until the beans are soft. Add the Vivera Plant Shawarma to the pan, stir and simmer for 5 mins.
Toast your pitas, fill with kebab filling, lettuce, fresh tomato, cucumber, shredded red cabbage, shredded carrot (adds a little crunch and sweetness) and top with vegan garlic mayo and sriracha. Enjoy!
